2018 Battle of the Clubs

Congratulations to the 3.5 Alamo Heavy Hitters for taking home the 1st place prize at the Battle of the Clubs held last weekend at NMSU, Las Cruces. This is their 5th win in 5 years, perhaps it's time for another Alamogordo team to take home the prize. Great job everyone.

42nd Annual Alamogordo Open Tournament

Weather was terrific for ATA 2017 fall tournament.. Although the draw was small,  tennis was excellent with players traveling from Las Cruces, Albuquerque, El Paso, and Amarillo.  Many  enjoyed a nice evening and buffet at the 19th Hole restaurant Saturday night.  Huge thanks to Linda Gilliland, tournament director, and Nell Nicholson, tournament referee.  Special thanks to Greg Richardson for obtaining and organizing all tournament donations.  This was the first year that ATA offered cash prizes in a tournament, which was well received.  Also thanks to everyone who helped set up and clean up the courts before and after play each day, and to everyone who supported and played in this tournament.
