Evelyn and Janet's Kidz club will begin today, January 17th if the weather holds up. 4:00-5:30. Evelyn is accepting donations for this semester ($10 which normally goes towards balls) for anyone who would like to make a donation. Other January’s dates are: January 31. Let's get playing: Tennis leagues are just around the corner. If you are interested in playing on a team, captaining a team, please contact Allison Deputy at deputy@southwest.usta.com. It would be so great if Alamogordo could put their own team together, captaining isn't that difficult, I find that putting a line-up out is the toughest part. If not for the men's or women's leagues, perhaps we could put a mixed doubles team together??? I'd captain one if I had the players willing to commit.
Tennis exchanges: Yes, we plan on continuing with this. We know that Alto exchange (August) is always fun, so why not bring back the I-70 exchange. If interested in helping with these exchanges, please let Janet or Sintra know.
